Process:

1.) Fill out the form below for all of your order Requests and Specifications.
2.) Multiple Orders must fill out a new form for each order request. (Please Select Below the number of Items being ordered.)

4.) Your Order will then be sent to us.
5.) Once we receive your order we will review it, and Send You an Invoice for the total amount including these costs. (Item, Delivery, or Shipping)
6.) Payment Method is Selected Below and is as follows:
*For Credit Cards or Paypal Account you will be sent the Invoice with a Link to make your purchase using Paypal. (Follow the instructions online).
*For Check or Money Order we will send you the Invoice with the Address to Mail to.
